Sovereign Life Vault Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting third-party authentication, or subscribing to Unfoggable ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description & Sovereign Architecture

Unfoggable provides a private, encrypted digital document vault designed to help individuals and households organize, track, and manage vital documents, insurance policies, warranties, estate records, and emergency information. The Service relies on zero-ad-tech, zero-analytics, and zero-monetization infrastructure.

3. Subscription, Free Trials & Billing

• Direct Billing: Unfoggable is a subscription-based platform. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our payment partner, Stripe.
• 14-Day Free Trial: New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel prior to the expiration of the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time within your account billing settings.

4. User Account Security & OAuth Sign-In

• Authentication: You may access your vault using native credentials or supported third-party identity providers (Google OAuth or Apple Sign-In).
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA) devices. Unfoggable is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised personal credentials or compromised third-party OAuth accounts.

5. User Responsibilities & Emergency Features ("The Clearing")

• Data Authenticity: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of documents uploaded or forwarded to your vault.
• Operational Purpose of "The Clearing": Emergency summary tools (such as "The Clearing") generate on-demand summaries based strictly on user-provided inputs. These documents are administrative organizational aids and do not constitute legal, medical, or financial instruments.
• No Professional Advice: Unfoggable is an administrative document software tool. The Service does not provide legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or physician for professional guidance.

6. Account Cancellation & Data Purge Protocols

Upon user initiation or formal deletion request (submitted to privacy@unfoggable.com), active files and metadata are deleted from live systems immediately. Backup archives fully purge all associated data within 30 days in accordance with our system retention schedules.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unfoggable is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we utilize healthcare-grade encryption and kernel-level Row-Level Security (RLS), Unfoggable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from misplaced physical paper originals, user data entry errors, or third-party service availability interruptions.
